STD2611M is a two-phase stepper motor driver based on DSP control. It is a new generation of fully digital stepper motor driver composed of an advanced DSP control chip and a unique control circuit. The driving voltage is DC40-150V/ AC60-110V, and it is suitable for various types of two-phase hybrid stepper motors with currents upto 6.0A.
The driver uses a circuit similar to the servo control principle inside, which can make the motor run smoothly with almost no vibration and noise. The positioning accuracy can reach up to 40,000 pulses/revolution. This product is widely used in large and medium-sized CNC equipment with high resolution such as engraving machines, medium-sized CNC machine tools, computer embroidery machines, and packaging machinery.

- Stepper Motor Support: 86/ 110 series stepper motors
- Protection: Undervoltage/ overvoltage alarm, Overcurrent alarm, overheat alarm.
Caution:
- 1. The input voltage can not exceed 130V.
2. The falling edge of the input pulse signal is valid, and the rising edge control requires setting the internal parameters of the driver.
3. When the temperature of the drive exceeds 75 degrees, it will stop working and the fault indicator light ALM will light up. When the temperature of the drive drops to 50 degrees, it needs to be powered on again to resume working. Please install a radiator if overheating protection occurs.
4. The overcurrent (load short circuit) fault indicator light ALM is on. Please check the motor wiring and other short circuit faults.
After troubleshooting, you need to power on again to restore;
5. There is no motor fault indicator light ALM on. Please check the motor wiring. After troubleshooting, you need to power on again to restore.
